要錢不成暴力男放火燒屋

嘉義縣一名酗酒無業的林姓男子（47歲，有公共危險罪前科）大年初三向家人要錢花用，林母給他200元，林男認為不夠，向父親、大哥索討未果，揚言放火燒屋，昨天晚上6時30分許，鄰居告知二樓冒出濃煙，家人發現二樓神明廳桌底下的金紙遭引燃，林男竟在一旁，聯絡消防隊才將火勢撲滅。

事後林男被警方帶回偵訊，林男辯稱當時在睡覺，聽到聲音才來查看，否認放火；警方調查，林男之前因酒後對妻兒施暴，二次家暴前例，妻兒3人已另租屋居住，每次酒後總是有脫序行徑，又被家人當場逮到疑似放火，偵訊後今依公共危險罪嫌移送法辦。（李宗祐／嘉義報導）
