群創通過685億元聯貸案

群創（3481）公告今日董事會通過2015年度資本支出350億元，主要用於提升技術，效能改善及產能擴充；另外，為償還既有金融負債及解除債務協商，董事會同時也通過與臺灣銀行等銀行團籌組685億元，為期3年的授信聯貸案。（吳秀樺／台北報導）
