星：社群反應影響反恐成敗

新加坡文化、社區及青年部長兼通訊及新聞部第二部長黃循財今天說，當發生恐怖襲擊，有些人和團體很快在社群媒體散播充滿恨意及惡劣訊息。新加坡人應思考當中帶來的影響。

新加坡「聯合早報」即時新聞報導，黃循財今天在一場以青年為對象的安全威嚇與社會凝聚力對話時，說明恐怖事件發生的第一時間，社群媒體回應是決定打擊恐怖主義成敗因素之一。

黃循財以法國「查理週刊」（Charlie Hebdo）槍擊案為例，表示有回教堂及回教徒的生意在事後遭破壞，這些都是現實生活中活生生例子，認為一切會安然無事是不切實際的。
