英下院通過「三親」法　寶寶可有1爸2媽

英國將成為全世界第一個批准「一父二母」的人工受精技術國家。國會下議院昨天以382票對128票壓倒性多數批准「粒線體捐贈」技術，預防母親將嚴重遺傳性疾病傳給孩子。

此法案被稱為「三親」法案，以後由基因改造胚胎生出的嬰兒，將具有父親、母親及1名女性捐贈者的基因，等同擁有1個父親，2個媽媽。法案將交送上議院表決，若表決通過，英國第一個「三親」寶寶將在明年誕生，預計每年會有150對英國夫婦受惠。（韓政燕／綜合外電報導）
