烏克蘭續衝突　歐盟延長制裁俄羅斯

歐盟外長會議29日同意對俄羅斯的制裁行動延長半年到今年9月，歐盟將採取各項措施，以確保落實明斯克（Minsk）停火協議。若情況持續惡化，歐盟不排除擴大制裁、擴增制裁名單與更廣泛的措施。

第一波的制裁將在今年3月到期，主要針對俄國特定人士，凍結其資產和限制旅遊，第二波制裁中，歐盟擬擴大制裁名單。

另外，希臘事前揚言不贊成擴大對俄羅斯制裁，日前還公開嗆聲歐盟領袖聲明並未經過適當程序，但並未如原先擔憂的提出反對，希臘仍同意歐盟的決定，以維持歐盟的整體性。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
