撞死送報孝子　潛逃英商林克穎4月再開庭

酒駕撞死我國孝子送報生的英商林克穎，去年6月11日被英國愛丁堡地方法院判決須引渡來台服刑，但林克穎不服判決，上訴蘇格蘭高等法院，又數度刻意拖延。根據中央社，蘇格蘭高院確定將於4月7日至9日舉行審查庭，預計7月中旬宣判。

中央社報導，若高等法院判決林克穎遣返台灣，他可申請上訴，獲准後將進入最高法院審理。（國際中心／綜合報導）
