石門水庫不下雨　恐影響稻作插秧

台灣地區面臨10年來最嚴重乾旱，再不下雨，恐怕影響稻作。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，桃園新屋區農會小組長莊福鑫種稻近40年，他說，根據農民曆節氣及老一輩農民的經驗，預估北部要等到清明節前後才會下雨，一期稻作最晚可以等到3月春分，清明已經太晚了，二期稻作也會碰上同樣情形。

考量限水恐怕進入第二階段，桃園市政府昨天到台北察看付費取水點設置處及交通動線，做為桃園一旦缺水，由台北支應付費水源的因應措施之一。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
