西門町雙屍命案，兇嫌陳福祥早晨遭逮，警方在桃園的一處複合式大樓樓上，套房內將陳福祥逮捕，大樓警衛一開始以為是上樓抓詐騙集團，等到警察帶嫌犯下樓時，才驚覺是陳福祥，當時嚇到不敢說話。(突發中心／桃園報導)
