【台東嘉蘭村莫拉克風災國家賠償訴訟】
【纏訟三年即將於104年2月17日宣判】
民國94年7月18日海棠颱風及98年8月8日莫拉克颱風，二度重創臺東縣金峰鄉嘉蘭部落，造成家屋及原住民族祖傳文物，如琉璃珠、陶甕、手工服飾等慘遭洪水吞噬，損失難以估計。在法律扶助基金會台東分會林三加律師、林長振律師、陳采邑律師及蕭享華律師的協助下，受災族人於100年8月4日向台東縣政府、林務局、第八河川局及原民會等單位協議請求賠償族人2億餘元而遭拒絕賠償......(閱讀全文)
