三星傳將吃下黑莓　帶動黑莓股價大漲

根據《路透》引用不願具名消息人士指出，三星電子近來與黑莓公司接觸，欲以最多75億美元買下黑莓。

《路透》指出，消息人士透露，三星電子最初的開價每股介在13.35至15.49美元，目前的股價溢價38%至60%。不願具名消息人士指出，三星與黑莓分別諮詢自家的顧問，並於上周會晤，討論敲定交易的可能性。

不過，黑莓隨即發布聲明指出：「黑莓並未與三星洽談併購事宜。」

而根據彭博的報導，稍晚三星電子也發信否認市場傳言三星將購併加拿大手機製造商黑莓。（財經中心／台北報導）
