假冒刑警搜身搶劫　男搶奪罪嫌起訴

桃園一名劉姓男子（35歲）去年2月間下午見徐姓被害人把車停在路邊休息，竟假冒刑警，以懷疑其吸毒為由，要求他下車接受檢查，徐不疑有他任由其搜索，竟遭劉取走皮夾內的700元，並開走其座車。

去年2月28日傍晚，劉男見鄭姓老翁在公園散步，又冒充刑警搜身，搶走老翁皮夾內的2000元現金逃逸；另劉於去年4月間又在桃園夜市搶走一名老婦人脖子上的金項鍊變賣3萬多元花用。案經警方循線將他逮捕到案送辦，桃園地檢署今依搶奪罪嫌等將他提起公訴。（張沛森／桃園報導）
