印度一對夫妻結婚8個月後，犯下擄人撕票被判死刑，2人想要擁有後代，向法院申請在監牢中做愛，獲得法院同意。

據英國《鏡報》報導，辛哈(Jasvir Singh)與妻子索妮雅(Sonia)結婚8個月後，綁架富家少爺要求贖金並撕票，2人最後遭到警方逮捕，遭判死刑。

2人想要留有後代，最近向法院申請，希望可以獲准在監牢中行房留有後代，日前獲得法院同意。

2人的申請原本遭到法院駁回，但高等法院認為地方法院判決違憲，犯人也是有權力為了繁衍後代，與配偶行房或進行人工受孕，因此同意2人在監牢中做愛。
