未來菸盒上只有警示圖！　每包擬漲25元

「菸害防制法」上路6年，國民健康署署長邱淑媞表示，未來除將會增加菸稅、菸捐，更打算加大香菸盒外包裝的警示圖文。

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，邱淑媞指稱，依菸害防制法規定，警示圖文不得小於菸品外包裝面積的35％，未來將參考國際趨勢逐步擴大，第一階段達50％，最終目標是「品牌名稱以外，全都是警示圖」。

邱淑媞表示，菸捐調整草案已於前年5月17日經立法院一讀，由目前每包20元健康捐增加到40元；菸稅從11.8元增加到16.8元，等於每包菸再貴25元。據統計，菸價提高一成，吸菸率就能降4％到8％。（張鈜閔／綜合報導）
