港府啟動第2輪政改諮詢　泛民撐傘離場抗議

香港政務司司長林鄭月娥今在立法會宣讀政改諮詢聲明，正式啟動政改第二階段諮詢。泛民議員撐起黃傘，集體離場抗議，主席曾鈺成宣佈暫停會議，待泛民議員離開後再恢復開會。

當宣讀聲明後，林鄭接受議員質詢。林鄭下午4時半將聯同律政司司長袁國強、政制及內地事務局局長譚志源在政府總部舉行記者會，講解第二輪諮詢內容。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
