澳洲森林大火未滅　無尾熊急需搶救

澳洲天氣持續炎熱，南澳省的森林大火仍未撲熄，而且火勢急速蔓延，增加消防人員救火難度。

南澳省經歷30年來最嚴重的森林大火，其中首府亞德萊德東部山脈火光熊熊，已造成38間房屋和125間棚屋被燒毀，數以百計居民撤離，至少29人受傷入院，480隻牛和羊慘遭燒死，另外65隻受到重傷，必須進行人道毀滅，消防員為了避免再有野生動物遇害，已救出數十隻受困的無尾熊。

由於當地氣溫炎熱乾燥加上風勢強勁，加速火勢蔓延，森林大火至今已燒毀1.2萬公頃林木，火場綿延240公里，令火勢更難收拾。

另外，西澳省首府珀斯測得攝氏44.4度的高溫，迫使網絡供應商關閉部分系統散熱，導致數千用戶無法上網。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
