綠營有效杯葛　南市議會臨時會流會

台南市議會第2屆第1次臨時會，直到中午，只有國民黨與無黨籍20人簽到，在延會1次後，仍未過半情況，議長李全教敲槌延到15日再議，這段期間會再與各黨團溝通協商，是否續開臨時會。

國民黨團與無黨籍議員對於市長賴清德與官員均未列席，大罵賴清德根本「賴囂張」、「賴霸」，甚至嗆聲乾脆把議會裁撤掉算了。市府新聞處長吳堂成對此表示，等請示後再回應。（劉榮輝／台南報導）
