元旦在雙橡園升旗　美國務院：事先不知情

台美斷交36年後，中華民國駐美代表處今年首度在雙橡園舉行元旦升旗典禮，但也引發外交風波。據《美聯社》報導，中國外交部昨日就此事向美國提出交涉後，美國國務院發言人柏莎琪（Jen Psaki）回應指出，台灣在美升旗之事不符合美國政策，美國事先對此並不知請，也沒有任何美方官員出席儀式。（施旖婕／綜合報導）
