陳水扁交保金考量就醫人權

台中地檢署執行科審酌前總統陳水扁保外就醫案的交保金到底多少適宜，據了解在在地檢署內經過一番研議。主張該多與少的都有，最後決定既然這是保外就醫案，而非一般刑案，就應以人權為先，考慮就醫目的，交保金不宜過高，另也考慮陳水扁的犯罪案情和家庭情況，最後定出2百萬元的交保金。

據了解，主任檢察官林忠義諭令以2百萬元交保，陳致中一度說這筆錢「不知會卡多久」，後來與總統府前資政辜寬敏聯絡上，辜說務必要讓他表示這個心意，因此陳致中在地檢署執行科等候，由辜派專人乘高鐵，把錢送抵台中地檢署。
