財神爺在今年剛開始就準備好大禮，連30槓的威力彩在上班頭一天開獎，頭彩上看新台幣17億元，若1注獨得，將創下史上第2高頭彩獎金。

台彩估計，連30槓的威力彩將有單期銷出10億元的實力，比未連槓期間銷售量暴增10倍，17億元頭彩也創下第4屆公益彩券開賣以來最高記錄。

根據台彩統計，威力彩史上最高獎金在2013年7月18日，23.6億元頭彩由1注獨得，其次是2012年10月30日的19.7億元，2012年12月6日18.2億元排名第3；若以單注獎金排名，17億元1注獨得將創史上次高記錄。
