坑殺政府三大基金　投信副總判3年

勞保、勞退、退撫3大基金4年前委託安泰投信代操買賣股票，安泰投信前副總謝青良被控利用操盤機會，先低價買進盈正豫順（3628）股票，再以他代操3大基金的機會炒高盈正股價，至500多元，隨後趁基金賣股前，先拋售套利，害政府基金慘賠1億餘元，台北地院今依背信罪判他3年徒刑，可上訴。（張欽／台北報導）
