第三副市長敲定莊淑芬 2月4日到任

台北市長柯文哲表示，第三位副市長內定奧美集團大中華區副董事長莊淑芬，將在明年2月4日到任，柯文哲幕僚上午證實，柯在接受專訪時，的確有說到此事。

原本有人向柯文哲推薦莊淑芬徵選文化局長，柯在選後找時間和莊淑芬面談，覺得她可以出任副市長，經詢問她意見，當時莊淑芬沒有立即答應。

柯文哲說，莊淑芬的加入可以讓他更了解對岸，因為莊淑芬長期在中國工作，對中國有一定的了解，無疑對市府團隊是一大助力。
