台南市跑票陳明文陳亭妃請辭中常委

各縣市正副議長選舉結束，民進黨在台南市議會席次過半，卻跑了五票，丟了議長寶座。負責監督投票的中常委陳明文、陳亭妃中午向民進黨請辭，透過組織部把辭職書轉交給民進黨主席蔡英文。

民進黨發言人黃帝穎表示，陳明文、陳亭妃自認在台南市議長選舉監督不力，因此以書面請辭中常委，但蔡英文不在，目前暫時尚未處理。
