陳致中探扁不再提行政訴訟

前總統陳水扁保外就醫擴大醫療鑑定小組，昨天首度在台中監獄召開會議後，扁子陳致中今天中午到台中監獄探視陳水扁，他表示，不清楚昨天醫療小組的結論為何，目前只冀望結果可以讓扁保外就醫，至於，當初扁向高院提出聲明異議遭駁回，高院表示扁應另提行政訴訟一事，陳致中表示，不會再提行政訴訟，因為曠日廢時。

另外一邊一國連線當選議員下午2時，將再台中監獄外，舉辦向台灣人民宣誓就職活動，4年前，一邊一國連線就曾在台北監獄外，宣誓就職，並以此方式聲援扁。

908台灣國運動總部執行長周崇德表示，一邊一國連線當選的議員共有70位，有50以上會出席下午的「捍衛主權、平反扁案、向台灣人民宣誓就職」活動。

而扁保外就醫擴大醫療監定小組昨天入監對扁進行首次鑑定，包括實施神經、身體理學檢查（身體診檢），及精神科心理訪談、諮商後，矯正署昨表示，訂於26日下午，進行第2次鑑定會議。(許淑惠／台中報導)
