華南銀：明年加薪比今年更好

華南金董事長劉燈城說，華南金今年獲利亮眼，明年加薪幅度，希望可以比今年還好。他說，華南銀今年加薪約3.5%，明年應會比今年更好。

華南銀行董事長林明成也說，華南銀明年加薪幅度「肯定」比今年更好。林明成說，業績好，加薪是肯定的，因為員工是銀行最重要的資產，銀行有員工才有獲利「我一向主張加薪」。他說，有好薪資，才有好人才，有好人才，才有好業績，最基層要從加薪開始。

華南銀今日舉辦文創生活節，劉燈城和林明成做了上述表示。（廖珮君／台北報導）
