33歲吳姓男子昨深夜開車行經台北市士林區中正路被台北市保安大隊員警攔下，警方查出他喝酒開車，但酒測未超過0.25，未觸犯公共危險罪嫌；警方持續盤查吳男，發現他身上菸盒裝有兩粒搖頭丸，吳百口莫辯，同車女子許姓友人則大呼倒楣：「毒品不是我的啊！」但警方無法排除許女嫌疑，今天依毒品罪嫌將兩人一併移送法辦。
