〔自由時報記者陳筱琳／綜合報導〕爵士昨以100：96力克衛冕軍馬刺，中止9連敗，也是他們兩年來首度打敗黑衫軍。

馬刺先發控衛帕克左腿筋拉傷缺陣，總教練帕波維奇又在第3節被驅逐出場，籃板爵士43：37佔上風，帕總說：「爵士打得相當積極，很有耐心、執行力又棒，這場比賽幾乎所有方面表現都比我們好。」

爵士前鋒海沃德貢獻20分、7籃板，他表示：「這次球隊不再落後20分了，感覺是時候出擊，能和馬刺這種強隊僵持，對增加信心很重要。」

爵士中鋒坎特前天比賽把護齒套丟向觀眾席，挨罰2.5萬美元（約78萬台幣），他為這個意外公開道歉，與馬刺一戰繳出12分、15籃板。

馬刺大前鋒鄧肯23分、14籃板，連4場「雙十」或「大三元」，本季11次、生涯累積808場「雙十」，排NBA史上第6多。
