中央氣象局今天說，10月、11月台灣降雨量，是自1947年有完整紀錄以來，同期最少的1次，主要是海洋太溫暖。

氣象局統計，10月及11月台灣平地13個測站降雨量，是自1947年有完整紀錄分析以來，同期最少的1次。

氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典說，10月、11月的東北季風不強，氣溫偏高，降雨少，主要原因是副熱帶高壓帶偏強並往西伸通過台灣上空，阻擋南海水氣進入台灣，而副熱帶高壓強很可能和熱帶海洋偏暖有關。

氣象局預測，少雨現象在未來1季仍持續。

另最近北美極凍天氣，鄭明典說，主要是海洋的空氣進入北極圈，將冷空氣擠出，未來1季，台灣也會受北方冷氣團影響，但是回暖也快，整個冬季氣溫是正常到偏暖。(中央社)
