年終決賽費爸傷退喬帥封王

（中央社倫敦16日綜合名電報導）6度在ATP男單年終八強賽（ATP World Tour Finals）封王的「瑞士特快車」費德瑞疑因背傷，在這項「ATP世界巡迴年終賽」爭冠決賽今天舉行前，退出比賽。

世界排名第2的費德瑞（Roger Federer）原訂在今天的爭冠決賽，與世界排名第1的塞爾維亞一哥喬科維奇（Novak Djokovic）強碰，爭奪年終賽王冠。

由於費德瑞因傷退賽，讓喬科維奇不戰而在此項男單年終賽封王（繼2012、2013年之後）。

昨天的4強賽，費爸拚戰了近3小時，方在先丟首盤，但力翻後2盤情況下，以4比6、7比5、7比6（8/6）擒服世界排名第4的同胞強將瓦林卡（StanislasWawrinka），闖進決賽。(中央社)
