首例！中國人大通過反間諜法

先前中國媒體報導指出，我國吸收來台就讀中國學生為間諜，遭國安局否認。今天在中國全國人大第十一次會議上，表決通過反間諜法。

中新社報導，該法對間諜行為明確定義，指出為間諜組織招募人員等六類為間諜行為，這是中國首次對舉體間諜行為進行法律認定。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
