標題[問題] 職務調整 離職等問題

朋友沒在用PTT 代PO上來請教板上各位 如有違反板規請告知我刪除 感謝 ===================================================== 小弟本人99/04/25在某某服飾擔任物流司機一職。 于104年10/28主管要求轉往內倉協助(無事先通知)，原本物流司機薪水(本薪+獎金，未扣 勞健保)約38000，調入內倉薪水只有31200，不轉任內倉請叫我自行離職。 我知道任意更換職務，勞方不願意可以請資方終止勞動契約並支付遣散費。 今日10/29總公司人資找小弟我討論，說因為我把公司的司機考勤表 (內容只有:司機名字，員工編號，出勤時數，加班時數，車趟次數)公開在臉書(有設定好 友才能看到，好友內無公司的人)，造成重大缺失。 藉此用此理由不給付遣散費，預告薪水及非自願離職書。 Q:目前小弟已申請勞資調解，想請問大家，在還沒有調解前，可以離職嘛？ Q:公佈司機考勤表，有無觸法??? ============================================================= 先謝謝各位前輩回答 -- sent from my motorola CD-928 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.251.83.80 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1414582369.A.4EC.html
