先偷車再偷水溝蓋　竊賊遭逮人贓俱獲

新竹縣1名35歲張姓男子，因缺錢花用，近日在竹東竹美路、竹市公道五路一帶偷竊水溝蓋、工地鋼筋等變賣牟利，警方追查數日鎖定張嫌，昨天下午趁他推著偷來的鋼筋，準備進回收場銷贓時，當場逮人。

警方調查，張嫌犯案前都先到火車站附近偷竊機車當工具，偷完水溝蓋後，又無聲無息把機車放回原位，連車主都完全不知道機車曾遭騎去犯案，手法很狡猾。警方起獲水溝蓋共14面，每面重約50公斤，另工地鋼筋37.4公斤，張嫌將水溝蓋以一面440元、鋼筋1公斤8元賣給回收場；因遭竊的公道五路、竹美路靠近竹科，車輛出入頻繁，張嫌犯行恐造成無辜用路人受傷；警方訊後依竊盜罪嫌送辦。（林師民／新竹報導）
