【Dr說】用微波爐烹調海鮮　恐怖喔

用微波爐熱便當，既快速又方便，但坊間傳聞，微波爐加熱食物，會破壞食物分子，吃下這些食物恐有害健康。董氏基金會食品營養組主任許惠玉說，微波食物不會破壞食物分子，吃下這些東西也不會對健康有影響，但微波加熱時，食物常出現受熱不均，一半是冷、一半是熱的狀況，恐無法完全殺死食物中的細菌。
 
許惠玉說，微波爐為瞬間讓食物加熱，有可能因加熱不平均，無法完全殺死食物中的細菌，尤其是魚、蝦等海鮮類食物，因恐含有海洋弧菌等致命細菌，切記絕不要用微波爐烹調生食。
