涉違《集遊法》出庭　華隆自救會喊冤

華隆自救會會長李翠明今年1月27日率自救會成員赴總統府抗議，遭警方依違反《集遊法》罪名法辦，台北地檢署上午傳喚李女出庭，數十名自救會成員上午九時也到地檢署外聲援李女，並高舉「代位求償龜速，司法打壓濫訴」，呼籲檢方別成為馬政府的打手。
 
李翠明1月27日率華隆自救會成員到總統府前，高呼「馬政府無能，勞工難過年」、「青春在華隆，還我退休金」等口號，要求馬政府對華隆老闆積欠勞工3億元退休金負起責任，遭警方強制驅離，李女事後遭依《集遊法》等罪函送地檢署。李女今天上午赴北檢出庭，她控訴當時遭暴力驅趕，卻仍遭司法追訴，「不是被逼上絕路，誰要上街抗爭」？多名自救會成員也前來聲援，呼籲政府官員正視勞工的心聲。(賴又嘉、呂志明／台北報導)
