指示向大幸福購油　魏應充恐遭求刑30年

彰化檢方昨天就訊在押的魏應充，他否認指示向越南大幸福公司購油，但事證明確，檢方將採一罪一罰求刑，合併執行最高可達有期徒刑30年。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，彰檢日前在味全總公司及味全的中央研究所，起出該公司關於越南查廠紀錄等開會資料，不僅有魏應充的蓋章、簽名，還簽上「執行採購」、「核准」等字。魏愣一下才說：「我只負責主持會議，實際執行並未參與，我絕對沒有下指令向大幸福購油，更不可能知道對方賣飼料油！」（方翊倩／綜合報導）
