黑心油追追追　新竹縣市持續查正義油品

新竹縣市衛生局今持續到轄區各小吃店、烘焙、餐廳等地進行稽查問題油品，新竹市衛生局食管課長林雪玲說，目前共查了156家次，下架油品24,415公斤，加工產品1603.1公斤。她強調，其中1家做油蔥的禾豐上次才中標，又買進少量的正義油品，剛開封還沒賣即主動通報衛生局，因此已封存，準備銷毀。
 
新竹縣衛生局表示，今早到各地查看，發現店家主動停用正義油品，今早已有606桶油品，同時也呼籲店家停用並通報下架，否則15日零時開始進行開罰。

衛生局表示，食品安全衛生管理法第7條規定，食品業者應於發現產品有危害衛生安全之虞時，應即主動停止製造、加工、販賣及辦理回收，並通報主管機關。若未主動通報可依同法第47條處新臺幣3萬元以上300萬元以下之罰鍰。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
