電信業洗牌遊戲瞬息萬變。上月底，台灣大宣布入股鴻海集團旗下的國碁電子，並取得國碁移轉出的5Mhz頻寬，一夕之間，原與遠傳並列的台灣大蔡明忠甩開徐旭東，直接挑戰中華電龍頭寶座，原本屈居下風的鴻海郭台銘也大翻身。

與郭台銘同為電信新兵的頂新魏家二董魏應交，兩個月來以跑百米衝刺之姿，先是宣布四G開台，後以七OO多億元併購有線電視系統中嘉網路，躋身四強。一路落後的郭台銘，當時以「買中嘉只是Plan C（C計劃），手中還有Plan A與Plan B。」回應。

不到一個月，A 計畫出手。上月26日，台灣大董事會通過以二十九億八千萬元參加國碁的現金增資，取得一四．九％股權；同時以三十四億三千三百萬元取得鴻海在700MHz頻段上的5MH；鴻海則將取得台灣大的二％股權，並獲得一席董事。點我看更多
