頂新代理董座 陳茂嘉遭收押

彰化地方法院羈押庭今天以頂新製油總公司代理董事長「陳茂嘉」涉案重大，裁定收押。

四十二歲的頂新製油代理董事長「陳茂嘉」今天穿著白色外套出庭，臉上表情木然，對於媒體提問，不發一語。

「陳茂嘉」是在去年大統混油案後，被拔擢為頂新製油總經理，這次董事長魏應充請辭，成為代理董事長。據指出，「陳茂嘉」在檢方訊問時，對於案情避重就輕。

彰化地檢署偵辦頂新製油飼料油產製食用油案、十一號已經聲押前總經理常梅峰、品管組長蔡俊勇、進口商楊振益等三人，地院十二號裁定三人收押禁見。
