標題[問題] 已拆解行動電源如何回收？

因為是PPT首Po以及手機首Po 所以排版以及是否Po錯版請見諒 前因 日前因為行動電源無法放電,搖晃是感覺裡面的電池跟著在搖動,所以把行動電源拆解開來 拆開後又把其中一片聚合物電芯拆開,之後發現裡面是一捲東西 就用布包著金屬夾子（拔毛用的那種夾子）把他捲開,夾子碰到最裡面的電芯後產生火花, 就不敢繼續用下去 重點 目前先用塑膠夾練袋裝起來絕緣,雖然說這種電芯不會爆炸,只是不知道在這種狀況下是否 還安全,以及該如何處理 請問版上各位大哥 要怎麼處理比較安全？ http://i.imgur.com/Sm7rSWK.jpg
