好心送麵包給鄰伯　少女遭拐騙上床

屏東縣1名阿嬤去年交代唸國中的孫女，送麵包給鄰居阿伯(65歲)吃，未料鄰伯欺負少女弱智，拐騙上床性侵，重判老翁有期徒刑6年。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，去年某天放學後，阿嬤要孫女把家裡多買的麵包分送給鄰居，少女好心送給隔壁的阿伯，卻在屋內待了許久，回到家中後，神情異常，阿嬤逼問下才吐實情，也透露阿伯先前多次撫摸她的胸部。

法官認為，老翁犯後言詞狡飾，毫無悔過之意，利用被害人缺陷，逞其私慾，故意對少年犯乘機性交罪及猥褻罪，合併處以有期徒刑6年。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
