犯「分裂國家」罪　維族學者遭判無期徒刑

中國新疆法院今天判決維族學者伊力哈木土赫提違反分裂國家罪，判處無期徒刑。代表律師透過媒體喊冤，稱所有無罪證據都被忽視，判決明顯不公。

44歲的伊力哈木長期關注維吾爾族權益，曾於2006年創辦「維吾爾在線」網站。他是北京民族大學副教授，也是中共黨員，過去多次發表捍衛維族權利的言論，公開質疑北京高壓統治新疆，被當局長期監控。他今年1月在北京家中被帶走，7月時被烏魯木齊檢察院以違反分裂國家罪名起訴。（大陸中心／綜合報導）
