彰化傳首宗賄選　送大禹嶺茶葉禮盒

彰化縣今天傳出首起賄選案！檢警日前接獲檢舉，指稱芳苑鄉一名68歲的村長參選人，涉嫌以贈送選民茶葉禮盒的方式賄選。檢警今天下午傳訊該名參選人及兩名受賄選民到案，訊後依違反選罷法移送法辦。

該名參選人表示，茶葉禮盒是他在登記參選前送的，不涉及賄選；另兩名涉案選民中，一人坦承，另一人否認有收到。

芳苑警分局是在半個多月前接獲民眾檢舉，指稱該鄉一名的村長參選人贈送選民半斤裝的大禹嶺茶葉禮盒，已涉及賄選，該分局報請檢方指揮偵辦，今天兵分多路追查，除在該名參選人住處搜出20盒茶葉禮盒，也傳訊多名選民到案。

其中4名選民表示對方曾來送禮盒，但都被他們當場退回；另兩名選民則有一人坦承收到茶葉禮盒，另一人堅決否認曾收到茶葉禮盒。

警方警訊後認為該名村長參選人所為已涉及期約賄選，今天下午將該名參選人連同2名村民移送彰化地檢署複訊。 （孫英哲╱彰化報導）
