前刑警走私毒品 判17年

基隆市前刑事小隊 長黃慶瑞與離職警員李文彬、毒販梁玉城等人涉嫌合資購毒，透過船員夾 帶，今年初從菲律賓走私 8塊海洛因磚來台，雖黃慶瑞否認知情，認為只是出資50萬元 。基隆地院今天宣判，以懲治走私條例、毒品危害防 制條例罪判3人12年到17年不等徒刑。
