IS揚言　以地面戰決勝負

佔據伊拉克和敘利亞大片地區的激進組織「伊斯蘭國」22日在網路上發佈聲明表示，美國單憑空襲無法擊敗他們，美國勢必會捲入地面戰，而且最終以失敗收場。

這段長達42分鐘的錄音檔，「伊斯蘭國」發言人阿夏米(Shaykh Abu Muhammad al-Adnani)嘲諷美國的空襲行動，稱「戰鬥的勝負不能由空襲決定」，並稱斬首映片就是用來刺激西方國家過度反應的誘餌，一但西方國家派遣地面部隊，就會陷入傳統的作戰形式，對此「伊斯蘭國」絕對有勝算，「你們將付出代價，一旦把你們的兒子送上戰場來攻打我們，就準備好迎接殘肢斷臂或棺木，不然就是精神耗弱的兒子回家」，另外還稱西方國家提供更多武器給伊拉克，最終都會落入他們手中。

雖然美國總統歐巴馬表示不會派遣地面部隊，但「伊斯蘭國」揚言以地面戰決勝負，當前美國和法國已先後開始對「伊斯蘭國」發起空襲行動。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
