輕颱鳳凰從南部襲台，大台北地區昨天尚未受到影響，白天依舊晴朗炎熱。傍晚時河堤邊聚集許多人，欣賞颱風來前的夕陽美景；市民大道旁的大草皮上舉辦的野餐活動，也吸引數百人參加。
