2年前一夜情成惡夢　裸照逼性侵1天3次

1對男女2年前網友相約一夜情，2年後，男方持裸照找上該女網友求歡，女子不理，遭恐嚇將其裸照散布到網路逼她現身，1天內慘遭持刀脅迫3度性侵。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，該判決指出，李男2011年在網路聊天室結識當時僅19歲的女網友，發生一夜情後斷了聯絡；未料2年後再找上門，李男去年6月9日求歡，女網友冷淡回應、拒回電話，李男傳訊嗆將把裸照上傳各大學網站，她只好出面，遭持刀脅迫3度性侵得逞。

因李男想拍裸照與女發生衝突，飯店員工聽到呼救聲後報警，警方逮捕李男，查扣內有女網友裸照的手機與美工刀。桃園地院昨天依妨害性自主、妨害秘密罪，將李男判處9年6月徒刑。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
