監院組專案小組查殺警案

北市夜店殺警案，監察院今成立5人專案小組自動調查，成員還包括監察院的副院長孫大川。 監委表示，將深入瞭解夜店治安維護權責如何劃分？黑道聚眾滋事如何防止？員警處理夜店糾紛標準處理程序為何？政府有關單位對於夜店屢生事端如何建立有效管理機制？休假員警處理犯罪事件遇害時可否從優撫卹？

14日凌晨台北市信義區夜店Spark發生聚眾滋事，北市政府警察局信義分局休假員警薛貞國和莊瑞源獲報前往現場處理，其中薛貞國遭群眾圍毆身亡，莊瑞源頭部受傷，監委表示，案發時卻有同分局員警在該棟大樓9樓夜店慶生，認為有深入瞭解必要。專案小組成員包括孫大川、監委高鳳仙、陳慶財、林雅鋒、江綺雯等5人，由高鳳仙主查。（吳家翔╱台北報導）
