標題[問題] 租車車損估價賠償

小弟前日駕駛租車公司的三菱 Lancer io 1.8 在國道一號南下最內側車道因前車(大約3輛)突然煞停 而我煞車不及從後方追撞前車 我與前車駕駛都有下車看了一下碰撞情形 那個阿北看了他的車後就說算了 後保險桿也沒什麼損傷 也懶得叫我賠了 我那時候也沒細看自己的車損傷多嚴重 也想說反正責任也在自己 沒保持好安全車距 也就沒報警處理了 後來到了目的地還車後也主動跟租車公司告知此事件也才發現 其實損傷蠻嚴重的 但也只能自認倒楣自掏腰包賠償車損了 (事後還是有去警局備案，以防對方認為我肇逃) 主要是想請各位板友幫忙看看這估價單的價錢是否還屬合理? http://ppt.cc/n8sr 估價單 http://ppt.cc/OsTv 車損照片 除了賠償車損外還要賠償2天的營業損失4200 早知道會這麼嚴重就應該要堅持找國道警察的...唉 先謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.166.80.103 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1410775712.A.492.html
