雖然最大勁敵西班牙提前出局，美國隊以秋風掃落葉之姿輕鬆稱霸2014年世界盃男籃賽是不爭的事實，不過主帥「K教練」Mike Krzyzewski可沒得意忘形。

「不只美國隊，沒有一支球隊是無法擊敗的。」Krzyzewski說：「任何一支自認無敵的球隊都有被打敗的時候。」

美國隊金牌戰以129：92輕取塞爾維亞，不過Krzyzewski依舊很尊敬這支連克西班牙、法國的「大黑馬」。

「塞爾維亞和世界上其他任何一支球隊一樣棒，他們可能是目前狀況最火熱的球隊。」Krzyzewski說。

美國隊今年9場比賽平均勝分高達33分，不過K教練不認為這個數字就是美國與世界列強的實力差距。
