他有很多單元， 主要終旨是藉由打擾一般市民（？）來達到節目笑果。 因為主持人之一是SMAP的香取（其他人也經常參與外景）， 所以基本上都是走到哪尖叫到哪。 另外的確也是有幫人圓夢的單元， 比如說幫忙求婚（在SMAP演唱會當中）、 找大牌明星幫忙辦理婚宴等等。
