組改不順 江宜樺：部會需積極溝通

立法院明開議，國民黨中央今天舉辦立法行政部門議事運作研討會，國民黨黨主席馬英九出席，立委紛紛提建言，國民黨呂學樟率先發言表示，ＷＥＦ世界經濟論壇發表國家競爭力，台灣從12名掉到14名，最大問題就是政府的行政效能遲遲無法提升。

呂學樟說，除了政府行政效能沒提升，立法部門也要加強，並點名政府組織改造，效率不彰，現在還有八個部會組織法，已經送出委員會，只差三讀，這次卻沒列在優先法案中。呂學樟建議組織法沒過的行政部門，應該加強跟有意見的立委溝通。

行政院長江宜樺當場要求組改沒通過的部會，要積極拜會有意見立委，盡力促成組改法案通過。
